Going for a run in the fall. The weather is cooler and the scene is beautiful!

 I haven't tried this yet, but I plan on it. I can just imagine how cozy and wonderful it would make your home smell!  Plus it is so simple! Boil orange peels with a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon on Medium heat to make your house smell fabulous.

I always say, Who Wouldn't Love a Pumkin Family??

Fall in the Country is the best. So beautiful and simple!

Finally, Fall is always a time to remind us all that we have so much to be Thankful for...our family , friends, health, our jobs, etc. I am thankful for it all!

My Top 5 Pinterest Pins

I absolutely love Pinterest!  When I was first introduced to Pinterest, I was like finally, a website that has been designed just for me!!  I have gotten so many great ideas from Pinterest from recipes to nail polish design, hair styles, to kid craft ideas, etc. Some things I pin on Pinterest are just wish-items or things that I think are so awesome I feel a great need to share with others, or things that I hope some day to try! 


Here Are Some of My Top 5 Pinterest Pins
#1. Paper Umbrella Wreath: For some reason, I thought this was so cute and great for a summer party. I'm the least crafty person ever, so anything that looks remotely easy is good for me.
#2 Hot Pink Nike Sneakers: Love them! I should have these.  Make note to self to tell husband.
#3 Smoky Eye Makeup: No matter what tutorial I see, I still can't manage to get the smoky eye thing right, but I think it looks soooo great!
#4 Arm Sleeve Tattoo: This is such a great tattoo! So bright and feminine.  It also reminds me that I need to get my sleeve finished.
#5 Kitchen Area: I have always liked kitchens where there is an island and stools. I think it is so homey and inviting. Plus I love how everything is so white and bright (although white is not such a good choice with 2 boys) I just imagine sitting in this space with a nice hot latte and it pleases me :)

Welcome to Cassandra's Corner! Here are some of my obsessions: Being a mom to  my boys, age 3 and 1 and a wife to my husband of 5 years, wedge shoes, finding the perfect jeans, jewelry, tattoos, make-up and mastering the cat-eye, plus I'm always looking for the perfect hairstyle or hair color. I have a bit of a hair-crush on Jennifer Aniston, but doesn't everyone?? I'm driven by coffee and can't function without it!  I love to read, although with two little ones, my reading consists 10 page books with more pictures than there are words. My guilty pleasures include obsessively pinning on Pinterest, being a make-believe designer on Polyvore, and watching General Hospital or the Kardashians (actually anything on the E! Channel will do). I love fitness and nutrition; however, I'm better at pinning pictures about it rather than applying it to my own life! There are so many great things in life that are too awesome not to share (even if it is just finding the best mascara)..so here I am, sharing with you and trying to make my life a little more fabulous one day at a time.
